Anna Graceman, a 11 year old singer & musician from Juneau, amazed the judges on NBC's "America's Got Talent" Tuesday evening during a first round Audition. "Wow, wow, you're amazing!" were judge Howie Mandel's comments after the performance.

As Anna played the first few notes of Alicia Keys' "If I Ain't Got You", the audience erupted into applause that only died down for a moment before Anna began to sing. By the end of the song; the audience was standing and swaying their arms to the delight of Anna who was clearly struggling to hold back a smile as she perfectly hit every note of the performance.

After the performance Sharon Osbourne, considered the musical expert of the 3 celebrity judges, told Anna "You're just this little girl with this old soul in your voice, which is something that can't be learned. You either have it or you don't. It's an amazing gift that you have." Piers Morgan, generally the harshest of the judges, added "In terms of raw talent, you've got amazing promise. You really have."

Piers also joked with Anna about her size: "Decibels per inch, that is the loudest noise anyone's ever made on the show." Howie asked Anna if she was ready for the attention her performance was sure to gain: "I think that tomorrow morning, all over America, people are going to go 'did you see that little girl Anna last night?'. It's going to be different, you're going to walk down the street, people are going to go 'are you the one from America's Got Talent'. Are you ready for that?"

After the performance Nick Cannon, the show's host, asked Anna if she was expecting the response that she got. "I don't know. I didn't know what [the judges] were going to say." Said Anna, as her emotions bought tears to her smiling eyes. "It's Really amazing to have amazing people like them, tell me that I'm good too." Nick echoed the still cheering crowd's sentiments by adding: "You are good, you're more than good, you're amazing."

All three judges voted Anna through to the 2nd round of the contest in Las Vegas without hesitation. "3 yesses, we'll see you in Las Vegas" tallied Howie, who couldn't help but add "That was amazing" another time after Anna left the stage.

Anna's performance can be seen at the America's Got Talent website at the link below. The episode will also air again on KATH-TV this Sunday June 26 at 7:00 PM.

Due to contest rules, Anna is not allowed to speak to the media at this stage in the competition and consequently was unavailable for comment.
